Merry Christmas on this ?Fourth Day of Christ-mas? from the family at Creative Learning Connection.
We hope everyone else is enjoying their families during this holiday season as much as we are! We are enjoying the refreshing break, but also looking forward to reopening next week.
New Hours:
We have several exciting things to share with you at this time. When we reopen on Tuesday, it will be with new hours: We will now be open Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will also be open one Friday and Saturday each month from 12 ? 5 p.m. (in January that will be Friday, January 8th and Saturday, January 9th).
Specials:
As the new year begins we have a couple of specials and a couple of new classes to tell you about. We still have 8 titles left among our original Lapbook Kit series for 50% off (while supplies last). Additionally, we have a new special, We have enjoyed carrying the GA Henty audio CD?s, but we?re needing to reduce our inventory and pay some bills ? so those will also be 50% off, again while supplies last. Come help us ? and reap the benefits
New Classes:
Most of our Fall Classes are continuing through into the Spring. Those can be found on the website: www.CreativeLearningConnection.com. Contact the instructors about spaces in those. Additionally, we are excited to have a new series of classes being offered this spring by Lissa Wilson and Spanish Classes. They are listed at the end of the newsletter after the Conference information.
Mid-Year Encouragement Conference in February:
Do you need a mid-year boost? Are you looking for a change for the spring semester?
There is no cost to attend, though we would love to know what workshops you are planning to attend.

Spanish Classes -- "Spanish for Young People"

Ages: "Junior" level is designed for grades 3 - 7; "Senior" level is designed for grades 8 - 12. Parents are also welcome.

This is a basic Spanish course designed and taught using interactive, age-appropriate methods. In addition to traditional vocabulary and grammar studies, students will participate in hands-on activities designed to facilitate learning.

Art classes are offered by a certified art educator/home school mom. Various art techniques and media will be explored in 4 week art sessions. Payments for classes must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to beginning of each session (this allows adequate time to obtain materials and supplies for the classes). Mommy and Me Art Classes

Fee: $35 per each parent and child couple per each 4-week art session

Mommy and Me Art Classes are designed for parent and child to interact and create together. A variety of art media will be introduced to the children and manipulated in many ways to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Fun, fun, fun!
