"Give Away" Day at CLC

Sorry to bother people yet again! But with the CPSIA deadline around the corner, things are happening quickly. Saturday we marked down many of our used Children’s Products by 50%, and found new homes for some of them. But as we continue to pull the “risky” items from the shelves, our tables in the front are actually getting fuller.
We still don’t know if we would even be allowed to give away items that are not clearly lead-free; which makes tomorrow, Monday, February 9th, the last safe day to distribute those items. Because of that, we’ve decided to have a “Give Away Party” tomorrow at CLC from 12 – 5. We’re inviting you, our regular customers, to stop by any time during the afternoon and see what you can use. At this point we would rather find good homes for as many of these things as possible, than have them end up adding to our landfill.
