Exciting News: We finally have the 10 Days games back in
stock!!! And the long awaited 10 Days in Asia is finally
here! It is as beautiful and educational as we expected it
would be. It you want a fun way to teach geography, the 10
Days Games are excellent for that! Out of the Box has now
made 10 Days Games for U.S.A., Europe, Africa, and Asia!
Those are all great for kids ages 9 through adult!

For younger kids, we have some exciting new lapbooking kits
– in addition to the Lewis and Clark, Jamestown, National
Parks, and History of New York City ones that are already
finished – we have several more that are almost done!
Including Animals of the World, Farm Animals, and Native
Americans.

We had hoped to have another Used Book Sale this month, but
we’ve just run out of nights to have one! If there’s
interest, we’ll schedule one for October. If not, we’ll
plan to start monthly Sale times again in March. Remember,
you can bring your books in to sell on Consignment most any
time we’re open. (But not Wednesdays, since I will be
teaching all afternoon on Wednesdays!)

Finally, I want to pass on a Donations Request from Ovation
Arts, our next door neighbors at Miller Plaza. Our family
has interacted with them for years, long before we moved
next door to each other. I know we all have tight budgets,
and many options for where to spend whatever spare change
we might find, but they are a good group, and I don’t mind
sharing this request from Mike.

Hello,

Currently, the citizens of the City of Madison have one
local community theater to serve the needs of the
surrounding area. Ovation Arts provides the area with
outstanding performances in musical, choral concerts, and
soon, Opera too. In addition we teach classes in theater
and music to help educate children. Other art groups are
also taking advantage of our facility and will be
performing in it this year.

If you receive this email, we are asking for your help.
Your donation to Ovation Arts allows us offer these
services. We are presently fundraising the complete our
lighting system and sound system.

Donations for the following would be greatly appreciated.
Ovation Arts is a 501 (c)(3) non- profit organization and
your donation is tax deductible.

Lighting board $1000.00
10 lights $ 500.00
Dimmer $500.00

5 choir mics $1000.00
Sound board 500.00
Two speakers $1000.00

General fund $100.00

Thanks,

Mike
