July/August Events at Creative Learning Connection
July 15, 2007
I wanted to let you know/remind you about a couple of upcoming events for July and August at Creative Learning Connection. If you have children between the ages of 5 and 9, please be sure to look at the information on a couple of August classes at the end of the newsletter. 1st, reminder, the next Used Book Sale is this Monday, July 16th from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. (People with materials to sell may arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 to set up.) This is also a good night to shop, if you need to shop after our regular hours. We will be open straight through from Noon till 9:00 p.m. on Monday. I’m still working on the workshop schedule for the Upcoming Conference, but I do have most of the workshop titles for you now. Hopefully the rest will be filled in soon. We will open at 8:30 each day of the Conference, and close at 5:00. There is no charge to attend – but we would love to have folks pre-register! If you can email me (cmmjaime@alum.mit.edu) with your name(s) and titles of any workshops you plan to attend, that will help us greatly! We will be using 3 very different size rooms for the workshops, and having an idea in advance of which workshops will have the higher attendance will help us to minimize last minute room switching!
